Need Mycotoxin Testing for your Feed Safety Records?

Mycotoxins are toxic, secondary metabolites produced by certain fungi that occur naturally in the environment. The Food Processing Center at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln is pleased to offer this testing service. Due to the nature and limited shelf life of the supplies used in this type of testing, we ask that clients contact the laboratory director ahead of time to ensure that adequate supplies are available to accommodate any testing needs. We offer testing for several mycotoxins in many commodities:
  • Aflatoxin
  • Deoxynivalenol (Vomitoxin)
  • Fumonisin
  • Ochratoxin A
  • Zearalenone
