Executive Committee The Executive Committee, during the interim between regular and
special meetings of the Board shall have the authority to do all the things necessary for the conduct of
corporate affairs except as prohibited by law, and except as otherwise directed by the Board of Directors, and all
actions by the Executive Committee will function as the general governing body
of the Association's day-to-day activities, and will make nominations to the Board for open
seats.
