BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2007 – 2008

The Board of Directors shall be the governing body of the Nebraska Grain and Feed Association, and shall have the power to adopt by-laws and rules not contrary to the articles of incorporation, nor the laws of the State of Nebraska, including the right to suspend or expel members of the association or directors for cause.
